Our factory utilizes a sophisticated thermal toughening process that places the surface of the glass shell under high compressive stress. This internal tension increases the mechanical strength of the insulator by up to 4 times compared to annealed glass, allowing our glass insulators to withstand mechanical loads ranging from 70kN to 530kN, essential for UHV (Ultra-High Voltage) applications.
