China has emerged as the global epicenter for high-voltage insulation technology. At Jiangxi QOCI Electric Co. Ltd, founded in 2002, we leverage a registered capital of 508 million Yuan and an expansive 70,000 m² facility to define the next generation of grid reliability. The Chinese advantage is rooted in three pillars: Resource Integration, Scale Efficiency, and Technological Maturity.
Our facility in Luxi County, Pingxiang—historically known as the "Electric Porcelain Capital"—now leads the world in toughened glass innovation. Unlike traditional porcelain, Chinese-manufactured glass insulators offer a unique "self-shattering" property during failure, allowing for rapid visual inspection via drone or ground patrols, significantly reducing O&M costs for utility providers.
Designed with shallow, well-spaced ribs, our standard profiles exceed IEC 60305 requirements. They facilitate natural self-cleaning via wind and rain, making them ideal for temperate climates where maintenance-free operation is critical.
The anti-fog profile features deep under-ribs to prevent arc bridging in high-humidity zones. With a leakage distance spacing ratio of ~3.2, these are engineered specifically for salt-fog coastal environments.
Our Room Temperature Vulcanization (RTV) silicone-coated glass insulators represent the pinnacle of hybrid tech. They combine the mechanical strength of toughened glass with the superior hydrophobicity of silicone, eliminating the need for periodic manual washing.
As the world transitions to UHV (Ultra-High Voltage) and EHV (Extra-High Voltage) transmission, the demand for insulators that can withstand 420kN+ mechanical loads has surged. Our "Triple-Shed" and "Double-Shed" designs provide the necessary creepage distance for industrial pollution zones and high-altitude deployments.
